I disagree. Who are we to decide what's best for this goat? These decisions should be left to the goats family. They know best. DOJ, have you any feedback from the family?

The family are fully onboard. and have contributed immensely. Indeed, I can honestly say that the settee cushions could not have been recovered without them
The Goat now being an orphan was a strategic Sponsorship driven decision. Which I feel shows a larger than normal degree of commitment to the Project.
But the concerns raised about the Goat's welfare and emotional development are accepted as valid, hence we are now looking for a Goat Counsellor. Unfortunately rather short on the ground in these parts, the closest we have come up with are a couple of Horse Whisperers, but to be honest they are not making very supportive noises about the whole Goatsailor Project. Indeed, I would go so far as to describe them as neighsayers

On a similar theme, I always wanted to sail the Vendee Globe. I was thinking it would be easier to get sponsorship if my proposal was in some way "different".
I was thinkijng that part of the sponsorship deal could be a sex change operation, then I could be the first trans gendered person to sail RTW single handed (unless someone already has that record?). Just think of the press opportunities for the sponsor,
All interested parties can contact me by email.

This really gets my goat! These Neigh-sayers no nothing of all the preparation and dedication involved in this endeavor. I happen to be a dock mate of Goat Bouy, and I think he's more than ready... this kid is the real deal! To all those who think he's bitten off more than he can chew...Goat Bouy RULES!!!

DOJ,
Uh, what is this goats birthday? I have a couple of goats just two months old. We might be able to beat you.

Hmmm. Generally a question asked relative to the sheep. I am, however, curious...

DOJ,
I read that environmental groups are mobilizing against you because goat poop causes cancer in mice. You need to come up with a potty training program and waste treatment system immediately if not sooner.

Forget the circumnavigation, is there a planned goat-a-Q upon completion?

Builder Found!
Found the perfect yard where we can build a goat sensitive boat and our first major sponsor who makes marine safety harnesses for Goats.
DOJ... have you thought about trans-gendering the goat and also blinding this single hander ( an eventuality anyway) to cover a few more records?
We also need some boat design ideas
