Option 1: Beating all the way to the corner (of Brazil), then relatively easy ride to RSA round the S Atlantic high. Easy, but half of it upwind and upstream.

Option 2: Panama to Europe, then downwind to RSA. Easy, but time consuming.

Option 3: A strong, well sailing boat can be taken on the W side of Panama, round Cabo de Hornos and on to RSA. Easy, but only for a good boat/skipper combo.
