Zeus 3 tracks disappearing

I have a B&G Zeus 3 chartplotter and I have tracking enabled so we can see our previous paths. I am noticing that after some time the previous tracks disappear as we continue to add to it. Does anyone know whether there is a maximum track size or if I just need to save off smaller chunks at a time vs run it for about a month.

What is the 'action plan' then to record longer passages and keep the track? Does anybody know what is the maximum tracking points (on Auto track settings, i am just shy of 24k points on one of the tracks)?

-increasing the maximum number of points? (I can't find the option in settings)?
-generating new track from time to time?
-setting the tracking from Auto to Time and set it to 10 mins (for example)?

Any other ideas?

I generally just create a new track every so often. I check occasionally to see if the existing track is getting close to 24k then create a new one.
