Wiring Seiwa Barracuda igps to AIS transponder (Matsutec)

Hello!
I am new here, and new to the whole AIS system.
I have just bought and installed a Matsutec HP-33A AIS Transponder, Class B. It works like a charm (and considering the price, it is quite a bargain!!!).
However, I would also like to wire it to my SEIWA Barracuda iGPS system. Does anyone know how to do that?
Thanks a bunch!
Silja
