WiFi Spots - Puerto Rico

I'm heading out with the faimly for Puerto Rico in november, I'm interested in knowing where the best wifi is, where I can get it between south florida and there, and if it's restricted in any way by the puerto rican goverment

Used the Verizon data card and was able to get good signal in PR almost 8 miles out and it was still working.
Bahamas found free wifi at Jaws Beach and there was $10 a day wifi in Exumas.
Limited wifi in T&C.

Get a really really big wifi antenna and look when you stop, if you don't find a wifi go look for conch.

BTW, the Puerto Rico government is the USA for the most part.
