I had the same problem with my out of warranty Zuess2 / GoFree after the 18.3 upgrade.

B&G dealer Southern Seas Marine recognised the problem sent the GoFree unit to B&G.
Result - new GoFree, no charge, no shipping costs, no more problems.

I'm told B&G technical support sucks
