Where to buy?

I am set on using a full Garmin system... for many reasons, that they now own Active Captain and Navionics are two biggies... also, ghost drive on Autohelm, etc.

Anyway, I am looking for the best place to buy the stuff. I simply want the best price, as I will bring it back from the USA to my now home place of Ireland to install it in my boat.

Can anyone recommend the best place to locate stuff?

First find out exactly what you want to buy, then Google prices.
Best price place today, is not tomorrow.
Be sure through to make certain they are an authorized seller, or you will have no Warranty.
If I were to buy Garmin, be sure to buy something that has been released this year, not something that has been out for a few years as Garmin orphans their equipment pretty quickly and it’s possible to buy today and not be supported tomorrow.
also unless things have changed, Garmin plotters can only use Garmin charts, nothing else, so be sure the charts are good for where your going.

BOE Marine in Maryland is a good place to order from. They are also very easy to get on the phone for any technical issues and very helpful. Prevents having to call Garmin direct.
