Where are ARRL Ham Radio examens

I want to stay in the next winter for 3 month in the caribe.
When looking at the ARRL site:
Find an Amateur Radio License Exam in Your Area
there are only the current events.
And the page
Search for ARRL Affiliated Clubs
does not include any club in the caribe.
I am looking for a list of places where to go on nice caribian isles,
to get a final training and to make the examen.
Can you recomend me a HAM Net where to ask such questions?
