So as per title does anyone know where they could be sought after? It would be a shame to dump them only to find they were rare and someone could have stripped them for hard to find parts or whatever...
I don't want to keep them as redundancy - I have other plans.
Thanks

I changed out my old B&G Hercules from the 70's and I was sorry to see the old guy go. He was loyal for 40 years, but it was mandatory
retirement and the new stuff I hooked up (from used parts I got for free) is better.
You can probably fix the old system but you'll put a lot of time into it. I spent 120 hours building my new system, but I saved $10,000.
If your
Mast Head Unit (MHU)
wind vane looks like
photo #1 it is a Type C and newer units will
work but the
plug will be different. If it is just the vane itself which is broken, you may be able to fix it like
photo #2
If you do change it out list the old stuff on eBay.
