What kind of panel is this?

How does this panel work? Are there breakers or fuses in it or is it just on off buttons? Where should the breakers be located then? Its just indication lights? Somebody know the brand and can explain or swnd a manual please. Its on a old lagoon.

I'm assuming you meant the white cables on the upper right corner as I don't see any at lower right. In any case judging by appearance it looks like your switch panel is just low power switches and the actual switching of the circuits is being handled by the panel/box in your last picture. If you can get some info off the white devices in that panel/box that might give a better picture of what is going on.

Or, perhaps someone with direct knowledge/experience with this setup will chime in.

Here is a clue:
Spare parts for Lagoon 570 - Help! [Archive] - Multihulls4us Forums

Unfortunately Googling "Teleprotect Block Fuses" doesn't turn up much.

Re: What kind of panel is this?

It appears by the photos to be legacy electrical equipment. The age of the equipment may be in the before " internet for public use " period, as no apparent hits of your equipment from normal search engine resultants even in the current Facebook Lagoon pages, or old CF forum threads.

I have not seen this older panel before, but would agree (WAG) with dougweibel that the switch panel with the twenty odd wires shown would be a low current switching / LED indication panel only. The box seems to contain eight original units that are switched by some of the panel.
• These teleprotect units may have internal fusing / circuit breaker within, since PO has labelled amp values on the outside.
• Are there more boxes, as your front panel shows many switches, but your relay box photo only shows 8 teleprotect units?
• There should be additional breaker panels / relays for your electrical loads than what you have shown - if you can identify those, then you will be on the way to understanding which circuits are going through the posted relay box.
• You may be able to fix the front panel buttons /LEDs if damaged, and replace the teleprotect units with contemporary breakers and relays.

CF members may provide more help if you can post:
• Lagoon year and model
• Advise if when you push a working button on the front panel, is it one click for on, ( LED lit) one click for off, and do you hear / feel one of the associated teleprotect modules work?
• Remove the top of one of the Teleprotect modules - show close up of internal
• Remove one of the teleprotect modules and show all manufacturing details printed on the side
• See if the remote or actual relay panel box has any manufacturer details, such as Siemens or Scheiber model numbers, as they are typically the OEM electrical panel manufacturers Group Beneteau utilise.

Its a Lagoon 55 from 1992.
The control panel with the lights works one switch in one off and yes i can hear the clicking sound.
Under the panel are 2 boxes like this, on the other side of the boat i found one.
I have many appliances making the clicking sound but actually not working, 0 current arriving like if a breaker switches.
