What antenna is this?

Hi,

recentlt I've bought a 2006 Bavaria 37 Cruiser. It came with the NWF marine radio decodet MRD 60 and the antenna shown in the attached photo. I'd like to use the antenna with a SDR that I am planning to set up around the Raspberry PI.

Does anybody recognise the type of the antenna? I know it of an active type, 12 V supply is fed via a coax from the MRD 60, and the receiver receives navtex messages (518 kHz) and occasionally one of the Pinneberg weather stations. I'd like to know how (if) it is possible to supply 12 V independetly of MRD 60.
