VHF antenna, Metz keep his word!

Just a word to say that I am southbound for a forth trip in the Caribbean and after testing my VHF installation with à SWR meter and a dummy load, I discover that the cable was defective and the 10 years old antenna had high SWR. I contacted the antenna manufacturer and he suggested to send it back for testing.
Less than a day after receiving, I was contacted by Mr. Metz himself, and was told that the antenna did not fulfill their standard and will be replaced. Four days later, I received a brand new antenna free of charge.
I believe that it is important that others be aware when customers satisfaction is the number one priority of a manufacturer.

P.s. Yes I know, we are currently southbound!
