Upgrade Pactor 2 to Pactor 3 ??

If you are a techie and like to scroll the radio buttons by means of being enthusiast then a P3 will offer you a great deal of enjoyment.

I'd like to hear about this. I'm getting ready ready to buy a pactor and was going to buy the pactor 4 -

Is this not a good idea? I'll be using the modem for getting gribs, weather and simple e-mail communication

Is a pactor 3 better for that?
