Unable to disable Raypilot 650 watch alarm

Hello!

We've got a Raypilot 650 control with Raymarine type 2S drive and type 100 12v auto helm computer.

There's a 4 min watch alarm set on it that we cannot turn off. I have the Raypilot 650 manual that says to simultaneously press the light and response buttons, but it does nothing. I've even looked all through the menus on our Garmin GPSmap 740s which is connected, but all alarms are turned off in there as far as I can tell.

I am thinking somebody must have programmed the watch alarm somewhere else, or put an override, or something. It's driving us crazy!

Does anyone have any ideas we can try? We're in San Carlos, Mexico right now. Is there some kind of programming device we could buy, etc? Otherwise we're going to have to get a new autopilot. Pressing the silence button every four minutes is insanity.

Finally got a hold of someone at Raymarine, who was super helpful. Told me how to reset the computer, then just need to recalibrate, but doesn't sound that hard to do. Going to look through the manual now.
