Thrane and Thrane easyMail

Has anyone experienced problems sending emails with Thrane and Thrane easyMail V1.15. I have a TT3022d fantastic rather ancient sat transceiver but lately (no longer supported email program last updated in 2008) will not properly send emails over windows 10. The message will not send the text in the editor unless you put a subject and then in any case the outbox will not show the sent message, I have to find it in the file system sent folder and in that folder a .BAK file appears that did not use to when it all worked properly. Error 53 comes up when your sending and "outbox error file not found". I have reinstalled easyMail and windows but still the same problem. The tech's at Electrotech in Sydney insist it all works fine for them and it use to work fine for me too on windows 10. And it's a rather expensive game as I need to actually send a message over the sat system to find out if I have made any progress, but I have not.
