Starlink RV good in Mexico?

If anyone has any experience with the new release of Starlink RV, we would like to hear about your experience. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with cellular, but my experience with using cellular as a hotspot in Mexico has been dismal. Any info would be appreciated!!
