ST2000+ crazy in the compass

We have a couple of guests in port on the way up from VN.

Unfortunately it looks like the Raymarine tiller autopilot is acting up with weird compass reading. I've got a couple of older navionics tiller autopilots I've offered for their use, but I'm not sure I'd the plugs are compatible. Both have the same 6 pin connector.

Anyone have any experience with this?
