simrad autopilot model AP-28

Hello, I have problems with the simrad autopilot model AP-28. when I'm navigating the autopilot shows the rudder response bar completely to starboard. In the first time I thought the rudder feedback was the problem, I changed it. I do the sea trials and the initial configuration and the rudder worked well, but in recent times the problem returns. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have the same issue. The only thing that I have changed is I added a FU25 Follow Up lever.
