Separate antennas or splitter for TV and FM radio

Hi!

Config:
1 x TV
1 x FM radio

Currently TV connected to:
Banten DVB-T
Cod 00335
Lot 23806

Currently FM radio connected to VHF mast top antenna via splitter.

I am connecting an AIS and will split the mast top antenna between AIS and VHF.

What to do with the radio then?

Two options.

1:
Fit a FM antenna, connect to radio.

2:
Use the current Banten for both FM radio and TV using a splitter.

One retailer states "Banten and Glomex are very similar and you should be able to use":

Another retailers states "the frequencies are not similar so impossible".

Who to believe, please?

Which scenario is more KISS? (more cabling vs using a splitter vs one vs two antennas (single point of failure etc) mainly, tough one...)
