SeaIQ and Australian charts?

Hello All
Having just installed a Vespermarine AIS transponder, I'm looking at my Nav ap options. SeaIQ looks like a good option for me, but I'm a bit confused about how to load Australian charts for this App. If anyone out there has done this, an explanation of what I need to do would be much appreciated.
I'd also like to know if the AIS monitoring in SeaIQ has proximity alarms?
Alternatively, what do people think of NavPlay? Vespermarine has bundled a free 3 month subscription to with their AIS XB8000.
Thanks a lot for any help you may be able to offer,
Ian
