SCS PTC-IIex HF Radio modem not detected

Hi, I'm new here. I am using HF Radio for email. I was having issues, so I installed a new cable, updated the drivers, but the modem is still not working.



I use UUPlus software on my laptop to connect with the modem. When I try to call in, I get a message:



Modem Command Timeout. Check modem / modem configuration.



The modem is also not behaving properly, as all LEDs are lighted red.



I tried to update the firmware through P4config, but then get an error "Modem not detected!"



I took the COM-port from Windows Device Manager, which is COM13, so it should communicate. USB cable is correctly installed and gives no errors.



Any help or suggestions?
