Following up on post #22 and #24. I received the PWM motor controller. For my afternoon's entertainment, I tested my Off-Hi-Lo switch with a 33 ohm resistor for low speed, a tan 12V LED dimmer (looks like https://www.superbrightleds.com/ldk-...BoCkK8QAvD_BwE), and the Chinese motor controller. I matched the low speeds using a LED tach. I stuck with the switch and resistor. All still works.
