sailor 6222 set property LCK

Hi all,

first, please i apologize for my english, because isnot my native language.
i am junior radio technician in here, i have sailor 6222 VHF brand new (company property's) for replacing old sailor 6222 which RX's not good anymore,
my question is how set sailor 6222 to becoming appearing icon LCK (in red circle),for coastal station like picture below.
and this for coastal station.
