RS125 GPS AND IC-M802 SSB

I connected RS125 GPS to IC-M802 SSB,E80,S3G and ST60 GRAPHIC used nmea cable. If i turn on the ssb's power first, there are gps signals in ssb and others. But if i turn on the radar's power first, no gps signal in ssb(m802)...I find nothing about this in the manual. Can anyone know why?
