I have bought Ap24 and Ac12 on ebay. Now I connected the wiring but I have next problem.

My ruder fidback instrument works reverse. When I turn port direction it increse value in starboard direction on display. And vice versa.

How to revers ridings?

reverse 2 wires on the feedback.

or you might be able to do it in the setup. the newer ones do. I don't know all the models off by heart.

Re: RF 300 Simrad

The RF300 outputs a variable frequency to indicate position. The wires are not polarity sensitive; you can hook them up either way. The unit has to be mounted with the lever-arm up.

Re: RF 300 Simrad

Conector and wiring is from the old Ac12 unit.
And I did not touch the RF unit. Check the image.

I have replaced old Ac and Ap with another one of same model, and now I have this trouble.

Re: RF 300 Simrad

If I remember correctly from installing mine, there is an orientation mark on the RPI case that’s supposed to point forward. Other than that, the only thing I can quickly think of is to reset the factory defaults and then do the setup and commissioning again.

Re: RF 300 Simrad

You can do it through the control head.

Go to

Installation
Commissioning
Dockside
Rudder feedback.
