Raytheon Depth/speed instrument help

I purchased my boat with a Raytheon dept/speed instrument. It's probably a 2000 vintage. I need access to an online manual, but there is no model number on the unit. Also, the shallow water alarm keeps going off and I can't figiure out how to turn it off, or at least set it so it does not go off until it get gets real shallow. Thank you.
