I had a rebooting problem with my Raymarine Radar
. It would reboot every time the transmitter tried to fire up. The solution was very simple. I disconnected all the cables
on the back of the display. I then sprayed them with WD40 and reconnected everything. It worked like a champ for another year. Then it happened again. Same thing. Disconnected all the cables
, sprayed with WD 40 and reconnected. Doing this is a good first step with all electronics
. The connectors are the issue not the cables themselves.
