Raymarine Pricing - Black Friday Deals

Any thoughts on pricing for Raymarine products and sales? I know boat shows offer some discounts and Defender has their yearly ~ 10% off sale in the spring. West Marine has a 15% off for Black Friday and I believe Raymarine is included, just curious if this is average or better than average discount.

Myself I'm thinking of new electronics (plotter, AIS, maybe radar and maybe auto pilot) and I've been doing the whole B&G/Garmin/Raymarine decision deal. Original plan was to wait until the Chicago boat show and see what was on sale then.

Do you have more information on the 15% discount at West Marine? Is there a discount code to be used?

It was a flyer that came in the mail, I haven't been able to find the flyer now in the past few days

Any discount you get on Raymarine equipment will be offset by years of troubleshooting and freight sending things back for warranty. That's our experience minus the initial discount. Speak to an independent marine electronics specialist before you commit to anything Raymarine.

Yes, there is a reason you see a Raymarine bundle as std equipment on new boats. The stuff has never been as good as when they were part of Raytheon.
IMHO, of course!

Just to inform everyone. The discount code is "SAVE15", but is not applicable on most electronics.
