Does anyone have a
Raymarine IP
camera and interested in helping me develop a peice of
software?
Many IP camera's
work with
Raymarine Lighthouse powered chart plotters, but they have an unusual limitation - RTSP authenitcation must be turned off.
In order to allow any
camera to
work with Raymarine Lighthouse I am looking to write the code to restream RTSP without authentication, but I also need to know how Raymarine annouces the presence of a camera to the
chartplotter.
I presume its some sort of broadcast
service (maybe bonjour?).
To do this I need a packet capture off a network when a Raymarine camera is being turned on (i.e. capture the broadcast).
If all this makes sense, and I havent scared you - could someone please send me a packet capture of this conversation from wireshark?
