Raymarine C80 views

In the presentation menu there is a soft key option for system view or local view...

What are these two views? Can't find the explanation in the manual...

What does this mean? I can't see a difference when I select one or the other.

Re: Raymarine C80 views

If I remember correctly, it's to select chart views from the master in a connected system of two or more C/E-series plotters (if connected by SeaTalkHS, i.e. Ethernet) or the charts on the local plotter's CF card. If you only a single plotter, the option does nothing.

Thank you! It did nothing so that's good to know!
