Raymarine Autopilot Troubleshooting

I have a Raymarine St 6001 with a s3 course computer and hydraulic drive.
The display shows everything notmal but he doesn’t engage in auto. If i press the button its sounds but he stays in standby mode. Any ideas what can be the problem?
Compass shows the right heading and rudder bar shows correct as well. Display shows no message. Just doesn’t want to go in auto.
Who can help?

Re: Raymarine Autopilot Troubleshooting

Do you have the manual for the autopilot? If so I would think about trying the setup procedure.
