Raymarine Autopilot 150/400 vs 150G/400G - how do you tell the difference?

My new to me boat, has a Ray AP computer. It is a 400 or a 400G. The manuals all refer to the 150/400 and 150G/400G. The G has the internal gyro. I can't see any informative labels on the controller. Anyone know how to tell the difference?

The cover should have 150 or 400 on it and will have a "G" after those numbers if it is a gyro version. Gyros are sometimes added later so even without the "G", you may have a gyro version.

If you have a st6001 or later control head, "autolearn" will be enabled in the setup program but only if you have the gyro version. A gyro is fairly easy to add.
