in that case it's not a plotter issue. it's either a seatalk bus issue or GPS antenna issue.
the ray 120's and 125's are old and all dying.

My Ray125 GPS receiver is very much alive and working well. I have a full set of
Raymarine electronics including an E120W plotter, E90W plotter, color
radar, color sonar, ST7001 Autopilot, ST60+
depth, speed and
wind, Ray55 VHF and AIS650 Transceiver. All different ages and networking connections that works very well. I have called on Raymarine for tech support and
repair support (not many times needed) and they have always been prompt , helpful, courteous and very reasonable
price wise. I'm solid Raymarine.
