Ray marine pilot only turns right

Ray marine autopilot will only turn right. Thinking that a relay in the course computer not functioning?
Any troubleshooting tips would. be appreciated.

Getting 12 volts in one direction and 0.5 in the other.
Does the SPX 30 smart pilot have relays or transistors in the motor circuit?
Time to send it in!

Had that problem years ago with a RM linear actuator. Turned out that the arm connecting the actuator to the rudder post had slipped in some heavy seas.
