Ray marine Autopilot not engaging

Hi everyone,
I have a bit of a conundrum with our sailing cat currently being crewed by an experienced Captain and his wife (we had to come back home to attend to some business concerns)
Some where Southeast of the Bahamas the Autopilot gave up the ghost and it does not want to steer the boat( e series networked with a e 125 chart plotter and wind instruments)
It has been troubleshooted up the yin yang and the only thing that seems to be an issue is the motor by the actuator that gets power but does not seem to have enough of it to steer the boat(Leopard 48)
I need to know if there is anybody in Puerto Rico that is good at troubleshooting Raymarine electronics/autopilot systems.
The boat is heading that way currently as manually steering the cat for many hours has taken its toll on the two of them.
