RAM Mic for Uniden Oceanus

We currently have an Uniden Oceanus DSC and have been using the wireless Uniden WHAM with it, but it really doesn't work well. Does anyone know if there is a wired version of the WHAM?

Yes, cut integral mic wire, & splice to desired mic location

Thanks for the link to the manual (I didn't have an electronic copy yet).

Are you suggesting I cut off the current handset and relocate it? If so, that won't achieve a remote RAM in the cockpit while keeping the current mic at the nav station which is what I'm looking to do.
