Problems with Furuno GP-32

Our GP-32 started to loose its satellite fix some weeks ago. There was a very corroded connection in the antenna cable so we replaced the whole antenna ($$$) about a week ago.

Initially, the Gps worked fine but now it starts again to loose its fix. When opening the satellite view i can see that it sometimes has very good reception and sometimes can't see any satellites.

Did anyone experience the same problem and found a working solution?
