Problem with tif2bsb

Hi to everybody

in the past I was used to georeference chart with the help of tif2bsb, due to re boot all the computer I try to install again tif2bsb , but every time it shows the two messages as per attach.
Things I tried :
Downloaded from Sourceforge,net
Unzipp > tray install tif2bsb , I try in Window 7, Window 8, XP...all the same results.
It mentioned also a couple of time that was missing the digital signature, than will show the two windows.

Some body have some tips ?
