Outdoor / Indoor screen recommendation for RPI / opencpn

Hello All,

I have been recently getting annoyed dealing with some of the hoops that the salespeople from navionics have been having me jump through to try to get set up with updates, so I have been looking into alternatives, specifically the raspberry pi chartplotter setup.

I will be using a rpi4 which has two connections for micro-hdmi which I plan to run as a cloned display, with one screen inside, and one to either replace or sit redundant next to my old lowrance chartplotter near the helm station outside.

Has anyone ever looked into buying some lcd screens that are meant to be used outside? One of the first items I saw that looked vaguely like what I had in mind was this panel here: https://megadepot.com/product/faytec...screen-monitor (12v, seemingly waterproof, at least if the connection area is sealed) , but I am open to suggestions for anyone else who took on a project like this, or if I am not thinking well here. ;0

Also open to a suggestion for a suitable indoor screen, which would not need to be waterproof in general.
