Need to Access an Iridium Data Connector in Sydney / Canberra

Our 9505a Iridium phone has a well know "invalid battery" fault and we can not charge any batteries until we fix it.
It has the original firmware and it does not recognise any battery we put in it. To fix the problem we need to get a hold of a data adaptor or kit so we can connect it to our computer and upgrade the software in the phone. (it has the version 1 software, it is now up to version 5)

If someone has a data kit that we can rent or borrow or access somehow, it would be much appreciated as this fault is driving us nuts. We have bought 3 different batteries only to find none of them will charge in the phone.
