Need Radar Cable

Does anyone know where I can get a cable for my husband's FURNO Radar system? He has Type RSB-0067, #821, Model 1721M2...The one he got with a second hand setup is not long enough and splicing doesn't seem to be the way to go....

Oh please don't splice the radar cable.

You'll only make matters worse for the operation of the radar itself.

Splicing the cable will create false or static images on the radar screen. Stick with factory made cables. Join the ends together. But, never splice into the cable.

Thanks- I have been looking online and found the Furuno link - it is an older radar system and I will probably have to deal directly with the company for the new cable... I wish he had confered with me- although I know nothing about such matters - I am the type that will research - or encourage a NEW purchase, regardless of the cost....
Thanks for your input...Cris

Cris I have a similar problem in that I've severed the cable (waveguide) to my radar as well. Let me know how painful the Furuno folks make it to replace the cable please.
Thanks!
