Navionics central america chart with raymarine C80 is way off

I have a raymarine C80 plotter and just recently plugged in the Central America (2005) CF card. It seems like the whole chart is at least a half mile off. So much so that the offset feature won't even correct for it. Here in the La Cruz anchorage it shows my boat parked in town. Not good. I am having a hard time believing that Navionics would sell such a POS product, so I must me missing something here. Has anybody had a similar experience with this or any ideas to offer? Thanks in advance! -- Phil
