Navico support

I have an older (circa 2001) Navico autopilot drive unit, model YLA500. Google search returns nothing. I am trying to find the manual, or specifications. I can’t seem to find any Navico support numbers either.

Has anyone been able to get any support in this situation?

Re: Navico support

Using the Lawrence / Simrad / B&G numbers you can find on their sites.

Re: Navico support

That’s the thing, there are no phone numbers for tech support!

Re: Navico support

When I follow the "contact us" section on B&G's website, through technical support and the FAQ's for a product, I get the following:
Navico UK Ltd
Templars House
Lulworth Close
Chandlers Ford
Hampshire
SO53 3TL

For customers in the UK and Eire with general product and technical related questions, contact us using the form below and we will respond as quickly as possible, typically within two business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please complete the form and provide as much detail as possible in the “question or comment” section.

The Simrad UK Customer Support team is committed to addressing all of the support needs of our customers.

You can contact us via telephone or by completing the form below.

Tel: +44 (0)1794 518448
I assume you get a US address and phone number if you're based in the US.

Just choose some product at random if you don't find yours on the site.
