Nav Table Tablet/Laptop Holder

Hi all,

I have a Surface Pro 6 (2 in 1 laptop/tablet)

I am looking for a neat solution for keeping my tablet/laptop on the chart table secured whilst in rough seas. I have a monitor arm which supports a 20inch monitor so unfortunately, I am reluctant to install another arm mount.

Anyone have any clever solutions that they have implemented on their boat?

two nylon eyes screwed to the edge of the nav station with shock cord looped between them. The shock cord went over the open laptop screen and held the laptop against the edge of the table. The laptop never moved in some fairly rough conditions.

Velcro strips. Perhaps a hobby store will have them in wood matching colors.
