I purchased a knotmeter and depthsounder from Defender. After receiving them I opened the packages and sent them back.
YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR
the thru-hull fittings were brittle feeling white plastic, and the needle on the knotmeter stuck at 4 knots. All in all the feel of the plastic was too cheap for me to feel comfortable installing. I bought signet instruments instead and have been extremly happy.
