Mercury Marine has announced the purchase of Power Products for $910M USD. You may not know what Power Products is but you probably know their brands...Mastervolt, BEP, Ancor, Blue Sea Systems and others.

Brunswick Corp. is the actual buyer, Mercury is their subsidiary.

ProMariner in there too.

Based on $233 million in revenue, big multiple.

Yes, it would seem Brunswick thinks they can improve the EBITDA margins. I agree the multiple seems awfully high even so.
