Maxsea + Acer One + Navibe GPS Reciever

Please help me I have got problems with my new laptop and Maxsea 11

It will not work for more than a couple of minutes then Maxsea turns up a message that Max sea wont work and it goes down.
I use an Acer one wit XP Home and Sp3 and a reciever from Navibe 720.

I used to use a eee Pc Asus for MaxSea that was ok but now when I use a much better computer also with XP Home I go crazy it turns up a message that Max sea Application cant go on and it goes down. What is this I use XP Home with Sp 3 can it be that it thinks it is a mouse instead of the GPS .

I HAVE NO SERIEL PORT AND USE A Navibe USB RECIEVER.
Before wit an EEE pc Asus no problem but I think it was no sp onboard.

Usb reciever no seriel port on computer .I use comport One

try to get the serial port on a port other then serial one (1) as it might conflickt with the mouse.
