Mast down - now what

I've un stepped the mast on our 33'er. The mast has a tricolor/anchor light combination, and VHF antenna....only...nothing else.

I would like a recommendation for masthead instruments please. All the mast wire is shot, so I'll be pulling new wire.

But also, what else would you put up there if you had the opportunity? Strobe? Wifi antenna?

Suggestions please!

I had strobe, LED anchor light, LED Tri-Color, VHF antenna and windex up there, hardly ever used the Tri-Color or the strobe, most important was LED anchor light

Lightening dissipation brush. The suggestion may draw more bolts than the brush. My mast was struck and it blasted out the masthead light. The previous owner added a lightening dissipater and I'm glad it is there whether it works or not. It adds a measure of confidence and peace of mind. There are three boats in the yard I'm hauled out at which suffered lightening strikes. Food for thought.

Check the wiring. Maybe add spreader lights. Disco Ball.
