Made an offer on a 46 ft sailboat that was accepted, but during survey/sea trial got above message from the ST-7000 unit. It did perform several requests before this message appeared. I think it may be caused by bad main
power wire connection at computer, but could not examine thoroughly, although the connection 'looked' good to the eye. Anyone know anything about this message? How would you approach this as a
survey item? Argue for reduction in
price for the cost of new A/P or require a technician look at it for a determination of what the problem is or some other approach?
