Lumitec good customer service

Hi all

I fitted some Lumitec leds to the steps on my transom of my cat and they died after a few months. As I liked them I bought more and fitted them but they also died. I might add that I bought these leds whilst traveling to Dubai and I live in Mozambique.

I wrote to Lumitec customer service to tell them about my bad experience with these lights. Immediately they responded and said they had changed how the lights were manufactured and could I send them pictures which I did.

They are now sending me brand new lights for FREE to replace all these lights which I think is really good customer service.

It’s businesses like this that I will support with my money !
